- Job DescriptionWe are seeking an HR Benefits & Compliance Analyst for a direct hire role in Alexandria, VA. This will be a hybrid role consisting of both onsite and telecommuting schedules weekly (a couple of days per week can be worked remotely).
- This position reports to the Director of Compensation and Benefits and requires a strong understanding of HR benefits, compliance, leave laws, and effective communication skills.
- Essential Job Functions:Assist in the design, development, implementation & management of the HR Compliance Program, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Provide consultation, coaching and education on HR Compliance best practices to HR Business Partners and provide support to HR Leadership Team to ensure actions & outcomes are aligned across all levels of the organization.
- Assist with the standard benefit function including all health, welfare, retirement and risk benefits such as: Open Enrollment, Evaluation of benefit programs, including wellness initiatives, Audits, Tracking workers comp claims, Coding employees with appropriate workers comp class codes.
