- Maintenance/Tracking - Responsible for monitoring the tuition assistance program, running, and auditing monthly reports, check requests, employee ID badges and parking passes, employee files, electronic PAFs, bi-weekly payroll reports and adjustment sheets, LMS administrator responsibilities and other administrative support to the IPM HR team.
- Recruitment – Assists with phone screens, coordinates new hire processes, scheduling employees for orientation, obtaining reference checks, completing background checks and drug screening, uploading new hire data from ATS to HRIS, obtaining required documents and verifications.
- Regulatory – Responsible for ensuring new employee I9 process is in compliance, and responsible for follow up and follow through on all compliance hotline calls.
