- Job Purpose The Human Resources Administrator will support the Human Resources Department in all aspects of Employee Benefits Administration, Federal and State employment regulations compliance and Employee relations.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage DES Employment Security Commission claims and appeals Manage all FMLA and Leave of Absence requests Manage and submit Bureau of Labor Statistics Manage, submit, and certify yearly EEO-1 Component Reports Manage H2b Visa applications by working closely working with Agents in the United States and abroad.
- Manage H2b apartments acquisitions, utilities set ups Be contact point for apartment property managers Manage all H2b payroll deductions in payroll system Work closely with H2b workers Manage all Verification of Employment requests Manage I9 records up to date When required – assist in authorizing medical visits related to Workers Compensation claims.
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires and acquisitions.
- Work closely with Payroll Department Keep abreast of Federal and State legislation regarding Employment Law Perform other HR-related duties as required.
