- Work closely with executive management on strategic planning, process enhancement, recruitment and training, labor allocation, legal and contract matters, production management, and other special projects related to general operations.
- Serve as a liaison between the Columbia, MD headquarters location and the company's satellite offices in Irvine, CA and Boca Raton, FL, including enhancing coordination between offices.
- Oversee the company's transition to Procore - manage consultants as needed, develop training plan and rollout to staff, manage process and milestone schedule for rollout and implementation, and negotiate/manage agreement with software company on the company's behalf.
- Work with senior management and project managers to: optimize labor resources across these functions to both service existing clients as well as support future projects, troubleshoot resource allocation and project assignment conflicts, and assist in managing/keeping software up to date with resource allocation for the field and project management teams.
- Address and resolve lawsuit and liability claims for various client projects.
