- The CFSM will work with the Director of Food Safety (DFS) to develop the corporate food safety policies and ensure they are properly implemented at the assigned Pictsweet facilities.
- Confirm and validate that all training programs associated with BRC Global Food Safety System, Sanitation, Microbiology, Pest Control, Allergen Management, HACCP, GMP, SSOP are achieved at assigned facilities.
- Conduct training programs in, but not limited to, the following; Sanitation, Environmental Monitoring, Microbiology, Pest Control, Allergen Management, HACCP, GMP, SOP’s, and Internal Auditing.
- Ensure that the assigned facilities maintain systems and programs in a manner to meet BRC Criteria continually.
- EDUCATION: Must have B.S. degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related biological field.
