- REPORTS TO: General Manager of the Bayfront Convention Center
- The Executive Chef is responsible for managing the catering, and concession operation for the Bayfront Convention Center.
- The Executive Chef oversees all food production, culinary personnel, food inventory and financial aspects of the food and beverage operation, under the guidance and direction of the General Manager.
- The Executive Chef will work closely with the Culinary Director to implement strategic and operational initiatives.
- The Executive Chef will create a positive atmosphere where training and mentoring is provided to personnel.
