- In this position, you will be responsible for handing inbound and outbound sales calls to business prospects in order to provide product and pricing recommendations.
- Energy customer care representatives are responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle and pipeline management including prospect identification, quote, sales verification and post-sale retention when required.
- Representatives make a difference to customers and the company, providing over-the-phone customer service, sales, and technical support.
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment
