- The Employee Relations Consultant may directly handle complaints that are raised through various internal escalation channels by conducting internal investigations, cultural assessments, and helping to resolve employee conflicts through facilitated discussions.
- The Employee Relations Consultant may partner with the Legal Department on responding to lawsuits, agency claims, attorney letters, etc.
- Manage internal investigations end-to-end, i.e. Review, investigate, and resolve internal complaints
- Partner with Legal to respond to lawsuits, agency claims, attorney letters, etc.
- The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
