- Coordinates administrative activities, maintains and monitors completeness and accuracy of records and files, tracks accounts payable, and provides clerical support services to assure efficiency of services delivered in an environment of continuous program improvement.
- Collects, processes, and tracks supply orders for the Education and Special Needs departments and distributes them in a timely manner.
- Reviews and edits processes, procedures and forms for clarity and accuracy.
- Attends CLASS trainings and maintains CLASS observer and Trainer Certification to facilitate best practices in adult-child interactions based on the CLASS system.
- Plans, orders, and distributes literacy materials to children for breaks in service and extended absences.
