- The Director, Sales Training, maximizes sales performance and effectiveness of Corporate Performance & Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) sales teams by creating, implementing and managing the overall learning & development curriculums for core sales functions and roles.
- The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Sales Learning & Development professional who has strategic vision and exceptional execution skills to enhance the effectiveness of the organization and will develop and drive a global enablement strategy that is highly scalable and aimed at increasing competency and proficiency.
- This role will be located remotely, anywhere in the United States, and will report to the VP, Sales Operations - CP & ESG.
- Provide expert guidance and insight to sales development and effectiveness team and functional leaders on training development and implementation (adult learning, experiential learning, and instructional design).
- Identify, prioritize, develop, and implement learning & development programs to meet ongoing needs and priorities including promotions, product launches, kick off and leadership meetings, and marketing programs for sales and emerging technologies and product roadmap for development.
