- The Director of Regional Sales primary mission is to identify new prospects and sell our human resources, time and attendance, payroll, benefits administration and other modular SaaS solutions.
- The Director can expect to develop and execute strategies to network and prospect primarily to businesses that have between 20 and 500 employees.
- Using initiative, develop prospects through cold calling, referrals, professional and personal contacts and other sources
- Complete and obtain documentation required for the conversion of data from their previous payroll provider to the Southland Data Processing system.
- Calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and quoting appropriate customer prices
