- Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Director will provide strategic, operational and communications support for People Operations' initiatives, which are aligned with organization growth and corporate objectives.
- The Director will work beside the Chief People Officer in execution of People Operations' long-term strategic plan that is in alignment with being a people first, talent driven organization.
- The position is responsible for ensuring the People Operations function is aligned with company policy and procedures, follows ethical business practices and governmental regulations and policies.
- Employee Benefits & Compensation Supports new hire onboarding, with explanation of benefits and instructions on enrollment process Manages unemployment claims In conjunction with other People Operations leaders, manages resolution of compensation, benefits, compliance, and People Operations questions, concerns and issues Assists in administration of employee incentivized compensation/annual bonus programs Oversees and supports the employee wellness program
- Ten or more years of progressive Human Resources experience that includes business partner (HRBP), generalist or Director-level experience
