- We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to help our organization scale and grow as our company grows.
- This is a Director level role with direct reports both inside and outside the U.S. This hire will be a working member of the executive leadership team for one of our businesses, partnering with closely with the EVP and his staff and key stakeholders to advise, drive strategy and influence leaders on issues involving people strategy, engagement and retention, talent development and coaching, organizational design & development, change leadership, and solutions design.
- This role reports directly to the VP, HR Business Partners but is a dotted-line report to the business EVP. The individual will partner closely with COEs, HRBPs and global teams to identify, design and implement HR initiatives that support the business needs of the organization.
- The ideal candidate is interested in making a significant impact in the functions; excels in an extremely fast paced, ever changing environment; and is looking to join a strong, collaborative HR Business Partner team.
