- Develops operating policies and procedures that impact the functioning of the HR team across locations after analyzing their business implications and designing approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborates with other leaders to drive performance management, learning and development, and key HR process development.
- HR consulting and coaching.
- Partnering with the business and the Human Resources Centers of Excellence , like Talent and Recruiting, on key talent initiatives like workforce planning, high-potential employee development, succession planning, etc.
