- Partner with other regions to drive and develop an overall Change Management Strategy, Process, Approach, and playbook for GXO
- Identify leading practices that can be deployed across the enterprise, upskilling and building a team of Talent and Change leads, and building enterprise manager and employee change leadership, readiness and resilience.
- Develop key performance indicators; analyze and interpret overall performance and track key business development objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience in industry required; Master’s degree in organizational psychology strongly preferred.
- Seven to ten (7-10) years in human resources, organizational development and effectiveness, leadership development, I/O psychology or related field with strong, proven change management expertise; management consulting experience preferred.
