- Provides fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers.
- Manages the day-to-day operation of the Deli Department inclusive of fresh deli, frozen case and custom cut department (where applicable) to include achieving budgeted financial results, ordering product/merchandise, human resource/training, and inventory control measures.
- Responsible for proper handling and merchandising of all deli products according to company policy.
- Display and express a complete knowledge of all deli products to the customer.
- Responsible for achieving all budgeted financial figures for the deli department as stipulated in the store profit plan (i.e.: CTO budgeted sales, gross profit, shrink, inventory levels, wrap and payroll).
