- The Associate Corporate Counsel – Employment will work collaboratively with the Law Department, Human Resources, and Employee Relations and Compliance Team. This role will be responsible for implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of employment litigation management and employee relations and compliance activities and programs.
- This role will have a particular focus on litigation management and strategy, program excellence, data integrity, process improvement, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain systems for HR compliance documentation and SOP documentation and postings.
- Oversee and manage the employment litigation docket (including selection of, and coordination with, outside counsel), with the oversight of the AVP – Employment Practices.
- Ensure ongoing education and training of internal business partners on risk and compliance related topics in response to ongoing or new legal and compliance requirements and in remediation of compliance issues.
