- Minimum of 3-5 years of Contact/Call Center Implementation (IVR, Dialer, ACD, CTI, PBX & WFM), and/or engineering experience (deep CRM knowledge is a bonus).
- Experience in using network tools such as ping, traceroute and Wireshark and knowledge of network protocols including SIP, RTP, STUN, HTTP, and TCP/IP are desired.
