The Allen Thomas Group is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with commercial insurance coverage, engaging with key business clients, managing new and renewal business efficiently, and ensuring the accuracy of insurance contracts.

Key Responsibilities: Utilize your expertise in commercial insurance coverage within a brokerage/agency setting.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships in a client-facing role.
Efficiently and effectively manage new and renewal business for commercial clients.
Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
Review insurance contracts for accuracy to safeguard client interests.
Work independently or collaboratively with a team to support sales efforts and agency growth.
Apply problem-solving techniques to address various issues, including cancellations, claims, renewal challenges, audits, receivables, and carrier concerns.
Requirements: 5 + years of hands-on experience in handling Commercial Insurance Accounts.
Must hold an active state Property and Casualty (P&C) License.
Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service and Organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Be located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone
Salary/Benefits: Competitive salary range based on skill and contribution level: $75,000 - $100,000.
Remote working schedule available.
