- About the Organization: The Center for Family Support (CFS) mission is to provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental and related disabilities.
- The CPCO for the Center for Family Support Inc. is a member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for providing leadership and advisory services with regards to leadership, coaching, employee engagement and relations, talent acquisition, development and retention, culture, compensation, organizational design and change, organizational and performance management, training and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Direct oversight of Talent and Engagement Director.
- Ensuring the business remains in compliance with OPWDD, DOHMH and DDD /NJDHS Policies, rule, and all related regulatory agency requirements.
- Collaborating and coordinating operations with OPWDD and DDD Human Resources Division, Legal Affairs, Labor Relations, Affirmative Action / EEO. Willingness to travel: 25% (Required) This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of human resources, a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to lead, manage, influence, and shape organizational change.
