- Whatever role you may have, it is a vital position and essential to the overall success of the Inn & Restaurant.
- Job Function: To support the Senior Events Manager and Events Team. You will ensure complete coordination of all catering, weddings, and meetings and work closely with the hotel.
- You will meet with vendors, conduct walkthroughs, and work closely with banquet staff.
- Essential Functions: Required to be highly detail-oriented such that all relevant event information is appropriately communicated to the Operations teamAssisted with planning and coordinating all logistical aspects of conferences and events, including menu selection, catering details, audiovisual equipment, timelines, group rooming lists, banquet event orders, etc.
