- Performs a variety of moderately complex assignments and confidential executive-level administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations to ensure smooth, timely and efficient operations within the HR function.
- Provide varied, complex, responsible, and confidential assistance to the Human Resources & Labor Relations Director and other managers and staff within the Human Resources department.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective document control systems, including department and management electronic document and folder management.
- Prepare all expense and credit card reports and coordinate all invoices for appropriate coding, logging, and processing.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited institution and three-years of related experience.
