- Manages and oversees all aspects of the contract accounting department functions.
- Seven (7) years of progressively responsible hands-on/demonstrated experience in project or business administration, accounting, supply or property management, purchasing/contracts management, or cost estimating may be substituted for formal education requirement.
- Ten (10) years’ combined progressively responsible experience in accounting, supply or property management, purchasing/contracts, or base support services cost estimating.
- Four (4) years of which must include a management role leading, managing and directing a multi-specialized team (e.g., accounting, purchasing/procurement (contracts specialist, technical/material buyers), supply, and property).
- Working knowledge with FAR, DFARS and federal Government and commercial procurement methods, and federal Government contract administration procedures, policies and practices.
