- Overview and Essential Functions As a Strategic Partnership (business development) Manager, you will be responsible for managing and sustaining relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
- What you'll do: Assist with the implementation of Parkside's Business Development strategy to optimize growth and ensure compliance with all relevant local and state tax laws and regulations.
- Monitor competitive landscape, establish, and maintain databases to track collaborative opportunities, build business cases and manage due diligence processes Work closely with leadership and cross functional members of the management team to drive and implement corporate strategy and long-range planning based on current portfolio opportunities and risks, financing needs and organizational capabilities.
- Track contractual obligations in collaborative agreements Ensure that Business Development partnerships, transactions, policies, and procedures meet Parkside's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements.
- Who we are looking for: Typically requires 5 or more years of progressive experience in Business Development Strong Salesmanship and ability to analyze data Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a similar field.
