- Prospects for clients outside of the OneDigital client base by Identifying target market and making connections with decision makers to discuss HR technology needs, identifying opportunities within the target organization, and arranging for sales / intake meetings
- Prospects for clients within the OneDigital client base by mining D365 for potential clients and networking with OneDigital producers for the purpose of working with a primary producer on making connections with client decision makers to discuss HR technology needs, identifying opportunities within the organization and arranging for sales / intake meetings
- Leads prospect calls and presents services offered within the HR technology lifecycle framework; identifies potential needs for services and submits proposals to prospects for the purpose of closing business
- Works with marketing resources to create or update marketing and presentation materials as needed including but not limited to tailoring presentations to each potential client and writing blog articles to support the sales and marketing process
- Participates in business development efforts by regional sales and marketing teams which may include events, campaigns, prospect meetings and proposals
