- The Benefits Coordinator will work closely with the Benefits Manager and benefits team to coordinate and drive the development and execution of the Firm's Health and Welfare Benefits programs.
- In this role, the Benefits Coordinator, in conjunction with the Benefits Manager and benefits team, will assist with plan compliance, daily benefits administration, benefit payroll processing and consult with plan consultants, service providers, and plan participants who have questions regarding the plans.
- Prepare manual benefits deduction files for payroll processing and conduct detailed review of payroll deductions each pay period to ensure accuracy.
- Assist employees with offboarding including preparing and sending final benefit memos, answering questions and resolving issues related to COBRA.
