Auxiliary Services Manager

- Reporting to the Director of Auxiliary Services, the Auxiliary Services Manager drives excellence and oversees assigned functions and/or day-to-day operations within the University's auxiliary service programs (Dining, ID Card, Bookstore, Conference Services, University/Special Events, and athletic third-party lease contracts).
- In addition, this position serves as part of the team, providing AV/technical expertise and on-site support at campus events, and/or front-line customer service as needed, including during evenings, weekends and occasional holidays.
- Assists with financial components of assigned contracts including the monitoring of financial statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable processes, preparing weekly summaries and recording adjustments to ensure the integrity of each contract.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and cooperative working relationships with University administration, faculty, staff, and Student-led organizations to improve services and provide cost effective solutions for student groups and University departments.
- Provide front line customer service in Auxiliary Service offices and on-site technical/AV services at Conference Services and University/Special Events as needed, including during events, weekends, and occasional holidays.
