- Collaborate across each functional area of HR working with COEs, HR and Business leaders to understand their specific data needs and requirements, ensuring People Analytics initiatives drive business outcomes and support HR strategies throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Collect, integrate and analyze HR data from diverse systems, employing data mining and analysis methodologies that contribute to predictive analytics and the development of leading indicators, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to optimize People analytics capabilities.
