- Responsible for developing and managing overall employee engagement goals and strategies which include employee recognition platforms, employee events and activities to build an employee-centric workplace culture within the division, while working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner.
- The Assistant Director is responsible for the development, delivery, and communication of programs and initiatives including day-to-day support for employee resource groups and facilitating employee engagement activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, psychology, or related field and/or a minimum of three (3) years professional experience in leadership development, organizational development, talent management or related experience.
- Master’s degree in organizational development, psychology, or related field and/or a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in leadership development, organizational development, talent management, or related experience.
- Analyzes organizational structures, responsibilities, reporting relationships, and work processes to determine programs and training initiatives that need to be reimagined or implemented to increase organizational effectiveness.
