- Carries out validation studies and research related to the development and implementation of testing and training programs
- Remains current on cutting-edge trends in industrial and organizational psychology and applies these developments to the AC
- Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and one (1) year of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and five (5) years of related experience
- Considerable knowledge of industrial/organizational psychological principles, theory and methods as applied to area of concern
