- The key focus of the role is the development of the regional business strategy and driving the execution thereof through engaging/aligning with key stakeholders to maximize profitable growth.
- The Regional Business Manager is the champion of the product portfolio and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Supply Chain to establish objectives consistent with the global business strategy and drive execution, maximize growth and profitability and be a strong voice on the business leadership team.
- Product Management – Drive decisions that impact the business related to payment terms, FCCI, product lifecycle management, new development support, new product launch, and post-launch tracking.
- Pricing Strategy & Execution – RBM is responsible for evaluating overall regional pricing and providing guidance to the commercial teams on any increases or decreases needed at specific customers to maximize contribution margin.
- Demand – On a monthly basis, the RBM’s participate in and pressure test the regional demand for their territory.
