- Performs administrative duties in association with and is directed by the GM and or Department Manager.
- Payroll and invoice processing ,along with accurate bank deposits, distributes mail and maintains filling system, answers phones, and assists the public with information about the department and/or the facility, prepares summaries and reports, takes minutes during meetings, Regular and reliable attendance Preforms other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typical office environment, occasionally stands and walks, frequently sits.
- Typically requires routine use of personal computer and general office equipment.
