- Zeno Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to support clients with Employee Experience internal communications and change management assignments.
- Candidates applying for this role should be skilled at writing/editing and project management, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of internal communications tools/channels, employee engagement, executive/leadership communications, change management and thought leadership.
- Provide engagement insights and recommendations for optimizations to inform communications strategy and the editorial calendar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field
- Exceptional writing/editing skills across a wide variety of client deliverables - including communications plans, scripts, talk tracks, and thought leadership pieces.
