We currently have an opening for an On-Site Maintenance Technician at our Longview properties on 33 rd Ave. This is a full time, non-exempt, hourly position.
Rent will be at a discounted rate for the convenience of having on-site presence on the property.
This includes taking quality pictures and videos, and developing detailed property information all of which are uploaded to the PM Software.
