- Ensures compliance with preference, gaming regulations and internal controls along with all Tribal, Local, State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations
- Completion of all system training programs (i.e., Workday, Kronos, or other applicable system training)
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field plus ten years of progressive Human Resources/Guest Service management experience
