- The Total Rewards Specialist provides business support in the delivery of various Human Resources programs and projects within the Total Rewards Team. This role is primarily responsible for driving a career development culture throughout the organization through programs that include but are not limited to performance management, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Provide general business support on assigned human resources projects within the Total Rewards Team, including but not limited to benefit open enrollment, annual operating plan preparations, incentive program administration, and organizational structure design.
- Drives the full cycle of the Performance Management and Career & Development Conversation processes, from goal setting through annual reviews.
- Works with cross-functional partners to deliver internal communications and tools to drive employee and manager accountability around yearly processes.
