This is an approximately 90% remote role, but you must be local to the Lynnwood, WA area! **Must be able to work on-call on a rotating schedule** Position Overview <ul><li>Monitor and maintain system hardware, software and networking tools to ensure maximum uptime of core systems and services</li><li>Configure systems and applications to meet service-level agreements</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot system hardware, software and networking tools</li><li>Analyze and optimize system performance and reliability</li><li>Provide timely support to end users when needed</li><li>Identify and address potential system risks</li><li>Develop and document system processes and procedures</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements </li></ul>Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Design, install, configure and administer network systems and services</li><li>Perform system upgrades and patching</li><li>Perform system monitoring, performance tuning and capacity planning</li><li>Analyze system logs and troubleshoot system issues and alerts</li><li>Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation</li><li>Provide technical support and training to end users </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering - Linux/Windows</li><li>Linux Server: ELK, Cassandra</li><li>Windows Server: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V</li><li>Core systems and maximizing those processes - full stack</li><li>VPN Technologies: Always ON VPN, Direct Access, or Wire guard</li><li>Commodity Server Hardware experience (Super Micro or Quanta preferred)</li><li>Microsoft-related cloud technologies: Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, One Drive, Teams</li><li>Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or related field </li></ul>Benefits Base salary: $130,000 - $145,000 DOE <ul><li> 2 Medical plans to choose from, dental, vision, life, and LTD</li><li> HSA and FSA available</li><li> 401(k)-employer match, with a profit-sharing component</li><li> Up to 21 paid days off per year</li><li> 8 paid holidays annually</li><li> Life and disability insurance</li><li> Free onsite parking</li><li> Learning opportunities through professional development programs</li><li> Educational Assistance</li><li> Service bonus</li><li> Discretionary annual performance-based bonus </li></ul>Colorado employees will receive paid sick leave.
