- Help Duties This Human Resources Specialist position is located at Rapid City Regional Airport (RAP) or Joe Foss Field (FSD), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
- Provide technical interpretations and guidance on Human Resource Management matters such as employee relations, labor relations, payroll and benefits, classification, staffing, and recruitment.
- Review decision letters regarding appeals and grievance for accuracy prior to delivery.
- Qualifications To qualify for the SV-H Pay Band (equivalent to GS-12), you must have one year of specialized experience at the SV-G or GS-11 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector that includes performing the following: Applying human resources principles, concepts, regulations, and practices in any two of the following areas: Classification, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Staffing, Payroll and Benefits.
