- SUMMARY: The Human Resource Manager position will be responsible for aligning the Human Resource initiatives with the business needs of the assigned client group(s).
- Provide HR Support and consultation to assigned client group(s) ensuring guidance complies with all federal, state, and local laws along with company policy.
- Communicate and escalate performance deficiencies or opportunities to the business unit leader, Corporate Human Resource Manager, SVP of Human Resources, and functional leader, if appropriate.
- Lead investigations with the partnership of the Corporate Human Resource Manager, SVP of HR, Business Division Leader and Legal as needed.
- Manage and audit data integrity through reporting, HR Dashboard and HRIS systems.
