- Under supervision, advises and counsels management and front-line staff about a broad range of employee and labor relations matters including the following: policies and procedures, attendance, performance, discipline, supervision, grievances and contract language.
- Bachelors Degree: Human Resources, Labor Relations or equivalent field (Required)
- 3 Years of professional experience performing labor and employee relations functions which has included progressive responsibility with dispute resolution programs and collective bargaining agreements, grievance handling and investigations (Required)
- SPHR - Sr Prof in Human Resources (Preferred) or SHRM-SCP - SHRM - SCP (Preferred)
- PHR - Prof in Human Resources (Preferred) or SHRM-CP - SHRM - CP (Preferred)
