- JOB SUMMARY: The Director, Cross Channel Engagement – will drive digital / social content strategy and execution across the web, social media and trade channels to drive awareness and engagement for Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood brands.
- This leader will partner closely with Popcorn creative, brand strategy, digital, trade and other teams to align our content and engagement strategies across channels and extend that effort to new platforms and audiences based on the objectives outlined by the respective destination and channel partners.
- Leadership & Culture Build, lead and coach a team of highly collaborative marketing professionals, including digital content strategists and digital product marketers in the development and operation of content strategies that meet or exceed business goals for the company’s marketing programs.
- Extensive experience with content storytelling, original content creation - story making, content programming and brand marketing.
