Graduates of the five-year accelerated Master’s Coordinated Program will earn a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition plus a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics Practice, and will be qualified to sit for the Registered Examination for Dietitians to obtain the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential immediately upon completing the degree and supervised practice requirements.

Schedule: Part-time Plus (up to 20 hours per week); Part-time (up to 19 hours per week) - Must be willing and able to work weekends and evenings as will be required in performance of duties or as requested to support the ongoing operations of the Kroc Center.

Knowledge of Finance, including system integration with Strata, OnBase or similar system a plus. Knowledge and hands-on with EIBs, Report writer, Calculated Fields, Integrations, Security and Migrations is a plus.

Prior experience as a restaurant general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, Restaurant assistant general manager very helpful to your success at this job.

Non-profit accounting, public accounting experience, and/or consulting experience is a plus but not required. CPA certification is a plus. Bilingual-English/Spanish a plus.
