The Senior National Sales Manager will work closely with all necessary functions at the local levels to ensure that the category's products establish competitive positions, specifically, Vice President Sales, Marketing, Medical & Scientific Affairs, Operations, Market Access & Channels, Commercial Excellence.

Provide business unit leaders (Government Affairs, Human Resources, Store Operations, Finance, Marketing, Store Development and others) advice and counsel regarding legal requirements, best practices, and strategies to advance the Company’s goals.

Work with the Design Center Leader/Design Sales Leader and Design Consultants to develop business plans and grassroots marketing plans to further our market reach and exceed written goals; monitor effectiveness of the plans.

Facilitate on-site marketing meetings with Sales Consultants, Property Manager, and Sales Manager (if applicable). Manage marketing & communications resource staffing for both sales support deliverables and marketing & communications efforts (advertising, events, PR/media, social media efforts, content marketing.

Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience preferred in one of the following settings: hospice sales, home health sales, medical device sales, clinical liaison, RN liaison, clinical coordination or medical sales.

Bachelor’s Degree focused in Marketing or Business, preferred.
