Day-to-Day:Troubleshoot and repair aircraft discrepancies independentlyPerform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft inspectionsConduct advanced diagnostics on wiring, electrical, hydraulic, and engine systemsUtilize electronic test equipment and digital manualsCommunicate findings and corrective actions with Maintenance ControlComplete all documentation per FAA and company standardsCoordinate parts, tooling, and work plans for the shiftTravel to AOG recovery sites for rapid issue resolutionWork alongside contract maintenance personnelSupport operational teams to ensure on-time aircraft departuresWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
