Apply today!Basic RequirementsEager to learn new skillsOrganized and logical thinkerMake quick and rational decisionsProblem SolvingAbility to adapt quickly to unforeseen situationsEffective communication skills and good listening skillsAble to multi-task and carry out duties in a dynamic environmentAt least 18 years of age with high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent.Must be able to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residencyEnglish proficient, German language is a plus.Computer savvyDRUG SCREENING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIREESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)Perform a variety of duties at an airport including: assist customers with fare quotes; boarding gate functions,Perform assignments at the ticket counter, airport lobby, baggage counter, gate check-in, control-center, other functional areas, or rotation through all areas including bag-room, ramp and other terminalsMaintain appropriate and professional interaction with airline passengers, Client(s), and CrewTranslate, transcribe when possibleTake care when handling company assets and be aware of costs associated with damageComplete accurate cash handling transactions, manifests, and labellingOperate machinery in accordance to operational policies and standardsOperate computers, printers, & other equipment to enter, access, or manage data and information confidentiallyReading, Interpretation & Comprehension of reference materials, Instructions, policies & proceduresPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
