The Lead Payroll Specialist must be highly experienced in ADP, comfortable with data imports and system automation, and confident working with large datasets in Excel, including pivot tables.This is a hands-on Lead Payroll Specialist role requiring a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who thrives in a high-volume environment. The ideal Lead Payroll Specialist is proactive, analytical, and confident managing payroll independently while continuously improving systems and efficiencies.Key Responsibilities of the Lead Payroll SpecialistProcess biweekly payroll for 350+ employees, primarily Florida-based staffManage full-cycle payroll in ADP, including data entry, audits, adjustments, and reconciliationsOversee payroll imports, system integrations, and automation processes (MUST HAVE)Ensure compliance with federal, state (Florida), and local payroll regulationsReview and validate timekeeping data prior to payroll processingMaintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, garnishments, and benefitsPerform payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies quickly and accuratelyUtilize Excel extensively, including pivot tables and advanced formulas, for reporting and analysisPartner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee data flow and reportingSupport audits and provide payroll documentation as neededIdentify and implement process improvements to increase payroll efficiency and accuracyQualifications for the Lead Payroll Specialist5+ years of high-volume payroll experienceProven experience processing payroll for 350+ employeesExtensive hands-on experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar platform preferred)Strong Excel skills required, including pivot tables and data analysisDemonstrated experience with payroll imports and automation (required)Deep understanding of multi-entity and multi-location payroll processingStrong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and garnishmentsHigh level of accuracy, discretion, and confidentialityAbility to work independently and take ownership as a true Lead Payroll SpecialistStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyThis is an excellent opportunity for a strong, systems-savvy Lead Payroll Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to own payroll operations from start to finish.INFEB2026 #LI-TQ1 #LI-ONSITE
