This role involves partnering with advisors to create and implement business growth strategies, maintaining high levels of advisor retention and satisfaction, and supporting the recruitment and transition of new teams. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator, a strategic thinker, and have a proven track record in talent management and operational execution.Applicants for the Vice President, Regional Branch Manager position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' branch experience, a Bachelor's degree, and relevant financial services licenses. Core competencies include strategic agility, problem-solving, decision-making, and talent management. The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a high level of integrity. Experience in both branch and home office settings, as well as a background in wealth management and recruiting, is preferred.
