The successful candidate will be responsible for team leadership, quality control, and direct transaction underwriting. This role requires a strong knowledge of underwriting principles, a proven track record in underwriting complex real estate transactions, and advanced financial modeling skills. The VP of Underwriting will also be expected to foster cross-functional collaboration, particularly with business development, transactions, legal, finance, and asset management teams, to ensure that underwriting aligns with execution requirements.
