SkillTap is.We're in the final stretch of development and looking for an experienced Flutter developer to take us across the finish line and launch on both the App Store and Google Play.What You'll Be Doing: Picking up a nearly complete Flutter codebase and taking it from final development to a polished, fully deployed product — live on both stores. You'll work directly with the founder, make real decisions, and ship something that will be in users' hands almost immediately.What This Role Looks Like: → Review and complete an existing Flutter codebase — this is finish and deploy, not build from scratch → Handle iOS App Store submission and Google Play deployment from start to finish → Set up infrastructure and configure third-party services (Firebase, Stripe, AWS S3, MySQL) → Update Bundle ID, branding, and environment configuration for production launch → Troubleshoot, test, and polish for a smooth public launch → Collaborate directly with the founder — fast decisions, real ownership, no bureaucracyWho We're Looking For: → Proven Flutter / Dart experience — not just familiarity → Direct, personal experience submitting and deploying apps to the App Store AND Google Play — please share links to apps you've personally launched → Comfortable inheriting and completing an existing codebase — this is not a greenfield build → Familiarity with Firebase, Stripe, and AWS S3 integration in a Flutter environment → Strong communicator who provides written updates and working builds regularly → A builder who wants meaningful, high-ownership work — not just ticket executionCompensation: This is a short-term contract engagement with a fixed-price structure tied to successful deployment. Compensation is competitive and milestone-based. Rate and structure discussed with qualified candidates.Why This Matters: This isn't another feature request on someone else's roadmap.
