Overview As a Full Stack Software Developer Team Lead, you guide a small senior team to deliver reliable, scalable Java full-stack applications within a government-focused program. You work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, architect, and deploy real-time systems, balancing customer objectives with schedules and resources. The role blends hands-on coding with leadership, PI planning, and release coordination to ensure high-quality software delivery. This position is based in Ashburn, VA, with in-person requirements twice weekly, and offers a mission-driven impact across CBP PSPD initiatives.
